PURPOSE:To filament yarn is fed to the sliver sent out of the front roller in the drafting device, both of them are put together, then subjected to the double- twisting spinning to effect high-speed formation of conjugated yarn and large- package winding. CONSTITUTION:The sliver 2 fed from the can 1 is put in parallel and thinned by the drafting device 3 into a ribbon-like yarn. At the same time, a filament yarn 5 is fed to the front roller 3a on the lowest stream side of the drafting device 3, both of them are put together, then fed to the double-twisting system 7-28 to produce the package P of conjugated yarn. The filament yarn used here 5 is preferably a multifilament yarn and fed to the front roller 3a in the opened state. |
