The invention relates to a multilateral wind power installation which is intended for driving one or more units or, for example, a generator. Surfaces (sides) exposed to the wind which rotate about a flexibly designed mast or tower, move freely about a dedicated axis while capturing the wind individually, and can also respectively be connected to a dedicated unit drive belong, however, to a total drive system of a wind power installation. Multilateral wind power installations characterised in that, in addition, more than one complete wind power installation moves in a rotating fashion about the same mast or tower and reacts in an independently responsive fashion to the different wind strengths. Moreover, a construction of a tower or mast can be provided which is designed to absorb vibrations, in order to be able to use such vibrations in the drive force in order to generate electric current. |
