The radiation diagnosis device is used to obtain enlarged penetration images of organisms, and has a radiation source (1, 2), a radiogram enlarger (4), a television camera (17) and an image monitor (19). The radiogram enlarger consists of a cylindrical vacuum tube, a photoelectric layer, a phosphor layer (8), a scintillator (5), an optical coupling device, focusing coils, an electrical field generator, a deflecting device and a focusing current generator. A distinctive feature of the radiation diagnosis device is that it permits the observation of enlarged X-ray penetration images of organisms on the image monitor without destroying or damaging the organisms. <IMAGE>
