PURPOSE:To attain satisfactorily the convenience and the reduction of communication loss which are original purpose of the sound mail service and at the same time to facilitates an easy operation for a telephone set which is capable of the sound mail service, by displaying the mailing to the addressed telephone to which the sound mailing is done. CONSTITUTION:When a sound mail access special number is dialed from a TEL1A, the TEL1A can have communication with a sound main deice VMS7 by a communication line consisting of a digital line circuit DLC2A, links (a), (a') and L and an interface circuit INT60. Thus the sound mail given from the TEL1A can be stored to a prescribed address of a magnetic disk device DSK70. When the TEL1A is hooked on after the mailing of sound mail is over, a control part CNT71 transmits a sound mail store end signal to an INT61 and stores it there. A central controller CC4 scans periodically the INT61 and reads out both the sound mail store end signal and the addressed subscriber information (address information of TEL1N). Then the controller CC4 adds 1 to a counter circuit of the TEL1N and controls a DLC2N to display the mailing of sound mail frequency to the TEL1N. |
