PURPOSE:To fill up functions with a slight independent hardware of a service processor, by using input/output devices for processings of I/O operations and input/output apparatus under the control of them in accordance with indications of a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A service processor (SVP) 10 scans always an FF4; and if the SVP 10 confirms that the FF4 is turned on, it turns off FFs 2 and 4. Next, the SVP 10 enters into procedure to display display data in a program loaded to an auxiliary storage device SUB-MS 14 onto a display device VDT 21. Display data is always loaded to a fixed address of the SUB-MS 14; and if the display data length is fixed, information is not set especially to a local register LS, and the SVP 10 turns on an FF3. A channel control part (CHC) 17 scans always the FF3; and when the CHC 17 detects that the FF3 is turned on, the CHC 17 starts a channel (CH) 18. The CH 18 reads out display data from the SUB-MS 14 and displays display data on the VDT 21 through a terminal controller TCE 20. |
