A low dew point dehydrofreezing apparatus, in which the freezer (6) is connected with the first compressor (1), the first condensing coil (2), the first liq. receiver (3), and a condenser (10) connected to a dehumidifier (13), is newly improved by installing a first heat-exchanger coil (5) and a second one (6), connecting a recirculatory pump (11) to them, and installing the second freezers (7, 8) between the first freezer (6) and the second heat-exchanger coil (9).
