PURPOSE:To improve a finished form of welding while simplifying the constitution for preventing a lead wire from entering the insides of the lamp base pins by mounting a lead wire led-out from the bulb end part so as to project from the tip part and fusing the specific distant part from the tip parts of the lamp base pins. CONSTITUTION:A stem 2 is sealed tightly at both ends of a bulb 1 and a column wire 3 is planted on the stem 2 while an electrode 4 is fixed at the tip thereof. Further, a lead wire 5 is led out from said stem 2. On the other hand, as to a lamp base 6, the insulating plates 8 and 9 are arranged in-and-outside of a metallic lamp base shell 7 and its recessed part 7a while the lamp base pins 10 are planted on the insulating plates so as to hold them between. The tip part 10a of the lamp base pin 10 has the smaller diameter as compared with the root part and on said top part, a hole 11 having the bigger diameter than that of a lead wire 5 is formed. Thereby, the finished form of welding has little diversity thus reducing a rate of generated inferior forms. |
