PURPOSE:To provide a titled press which prevents the damage of a pressurizing unit and an endless tracked belt and the leakage of sludge by the constitution wherein the driven shaft of the endless tracked belt is integrally movably supported on the pressurizing unit for compressing the sludge between a rotary drum and the endless tracked belt. CONSTITUTION:An endless tracked belt press is provided with an endless tracked belt 2 extended between a driving shaft 14 driven by a motor 3 and a driven shaft 15 along the outside circumference of a rotating drum 1, compresses the sludge 5 supplied from a feed hopper 4 into the clearance between the same by the pressurizing rolls 8 of a pressurizing unit 7 made rockable around a shaft 19 to remove water, and takes out cake 10. Said shaft 15 in such a press is supported to the unit 7 and is moved integrally therewith so that the positional relation between the shaft 15 and the rolls 8 is made invariable, thereby preventing the curving of the belt 2, the damage on the belt 2 and the rolls 8, and the leakage of the sludge 5 from the space between the hopper 4 side and the belt 2. |
