PURPOSE:To stably prepare a high magnetic permeability semi-process electric steel strip excellent in blanking property, by applying continuous annealing to a cold rolled steel strip containing C, Si, Al, Sb in specific ratios and having a product thickness under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:Hot rolling is applied to an electric steel strip material slab containing 0.03% or less C, 1.0% or less Si, 0.15-1.0% Al and 0.01-0.3% Sb to form a hot rolled plate which is, in turn annealed at about 700 deg.C or more by a usual method and the annealed plate is subjected to cold rolling at once to obtain a cold rolled steel strip with a product thickness. In applying continuous annealing to this cold rolled steel strip, an annealing temp. is controlled within a temp. range for processing recrystallization. |
