PURPOSE:To enlarge a range for measuring a displacement without enlarging a size of a sensor itself by providing two displacement measuring systems interposing a body to be measured in-between and synthesizing the outputs of each measuring system to measure the displacement. CONSTITUTION:The displacement measuring systems A, B are arranged interposing a body 1 to be measured in-between so that mutual effective measuring ranges are continued to the displacement of the body 1. Each output VA, VB of each system A, B is subtracted 5 through a limiter circuit 4 and fetched as an analogical quantity against the displaced quantity. |
