PLASTIC RECORDING USING SEMICONDUCTOR LASER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a recording device which can perform condensing and external modulation with high efficiency by transmitting the modulated laser light via an optical fiber and recording it on a plastic recording medium. CONSTITUTION:For the plastic recording using a semiconductor laser, the output of the semiconductor laser which varies by changing the applied voltage or applied pulse voltage is used as a recording signal for recording to a plastic recording medium. Otherwise a signal obtained by giving deflection simultaneously to the output of said semiconductor laser with variation is used as a recording signal. In addition, it is possible to use plural semiconductor lasers, to perform scanning with switch of those semiconductor lasers or to transmit the light via an optical fiber.
