The prod. is made by (1) preparing a mixt. of an enzyme hydrolysate from casein, matto-dextrin and a mixt. of vegetable oils; (2) dissolving the mixt. together with vitamins and trace elements in drinking water with low salt content, to obtain a soln. with 12-15% total solids; (3) pasteurising at 70 deg.C for 15 mins. and emulsifying a colloid mill; and (4) triturating the prod. in a sterile chamber and bottling in sterile containers.
