The lorry comprises an internal-combustion engine driving a hydraulic pump supplying hydraulic motors which drive the drive wheels 3 or the driving rollers of the caterpillar tracks of the lorry. It is composed of a platform 1 under which are mounted the internal-combustion engine and hydraulic motors and the pump, which are enclosed in a sealed shell 2. The platform 1 has a high buoyancy coefficient. Two vertical sleeves 9, 10 are mounted on the platform 1, one for the inlet of admission air to the internal-combustion engine and the other for the outlet of spent gases. The hubs of the wheel 3 are equipped with sealing devices each formed from a ring welded on the internal side of the wheel flange, the ring covering the hub over a certain length, and, at the internal surface of the ring, each being provided with rotating seals. On the front edge 31 is mounted an endless conveyor apparatus 20 driven by a hydraulic motor and the framework 19 of which can be inclined. <IMAGE>
