PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of an element by forming a plurality of projections on a part of a lead terminal sealed with resin, thereby increasing the fluid resistance so that a flux is hardly introduced in case of soldering. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of projections 6 are formed on a part 3 of a lead terminal sealed with resin. Thus, a flux tends to enter the parts 3 sealed with plastic resin along the lead terminal in case of soldering, but a fluid resistance is large by the projections 6, the quantity of the introduced flux decreases, thereby enhancing the reliability of an element. |
