PURPOSE:To enable to maintain continuously the sensor under a clean condition by a structure wherein a sensor for controlling of the operation of a heating source is cleaned at each fixed periodic time. CONSTITUTION:When an input terminal of a heating cooker is connected to a commercial electric power source, an input detecting part 20 generates a pulse, a time measuring operation is started at a time measuring part 21, simultaneously, a signal is outputted to an R-S flip-flop 19, a power relay 24 is driven by an output signal from the R-S flip-flop 19, then the cleaning of a sensor element 13 is performed with a coil heater 14. When the cleaning of the sensor element 13 is finished, an Se signal from a cleaning finishing detecting part 18 is inputted to the set side of the R-S flip-flop 19, an output from the R-S flip-flop 19 is made zero and the power relay 24 is made OFF. Further, the time measuring part 21 starts the measuring with an input detecting signal of the electric power source, generates the pulse at each fixed periodic time, outputs the signal to the set side of the R-S flip-flop 19, thus the cleaning operation is made similarly at the connecting of the input electric power source. |
