ENGINE SPEED ADJUSTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To accelerate the control response and prevent a collapse of the engine speed by adjusting the engine speed jointly by an intake air flow control means and a generator control means. CONSTITUTION:A generator GE is connected to an engine E and a battery B is connected to the output terminal of the generator GE. The output of an engine speed sensor D is connected to a generator control means GM, thus operating an intake air flow control means M1 to adjust the engine speed. In addition, the generator control means GM suppresses or stops the electricity generation of the generator GE based on the output of the engine speed sensor D. Accordingly, the load control to control the electricity generation quantity of the generator is employed in adjusting the engine speed, thereby the control response is quick and a collapse of the engine speed can be prevented.
