The roller-bearing cage comprises a box-shaped segment enclosing each roller and convex-curved in the peripheral direction. Its convex-curved ribs in the peripheral direction are of constant thickness, there being a clearance between them and the rollers (2) in the middle, while the latter bear against the segments (1) at their ends. Each segment can have protruding humps (3) extending as far as the bearing races. The segments can be preloaded against each other in the bearing, being toothed or corrugated at their contact points.
