The invention relates to systems of the ant-theft type for motorised vehicles, cycles and motorcycles, by the provisional removal of the steering system. It comprises a main body 7 connected to the steering column C, a safety lock 2 actuated by the key 1 controls a first can 5 causing a ring 6 to descend; the space thus liberated receives the base of the steering wheel 3 and the second half-turn of the key actuates the second cam 4 which pushes the wedges thus blocking the steering wheel in its housing. By carrying out the reverse operation, the wedges 8 are put back into their housing by the return spring 9, the base of the steering wheel is lifted up, and the ring 6 comes back up. There is only the cylindrical block of a totally smooth appearance left, protected by the roller bearing 10. As the vehicle is no longer steerable, it is impossible to use it. This system applies to all motorised vehicles, cycles and motorcycles, as well as to all motorised plant equipped with a steering system. <IMAGE>
