It comprises a body (1, 2) on which a movable valve plate (12) is mounted with the aid of spring leaves (13). An electromagnetic control device (3, 5, 3a, 5a) is provided for moving the valve plate (12) with respect to the body (1, 2) by elastically deforming the spring leaves (13). The valve plate (12) forms, as does the body (1, 2) of the valve, part of the magnetic surface of the electromagnetic control device.
