Junction device characterised in that it consists of a case in two elements: a lower element 22 fitted at its base with sealing means, this element 22 being positioned on the head of the underground cable 10, which is fitted with connecting sleeves 44, and an upper element 28 which can be screwed onto the lower element and which includes four internal housings for the passage of the conductors 14 of the overhead cable and the positioning of the connecting sleeves 44 which are tightly gripped on their respective ends, the said upper element 28 being fitted, at its upper portion, with sealing means. <IMAGE>
