PURPOSE:To assemble a two-staged and spiral heat exchanger in a simple structure, by providing fluid flow paths and connecting passages for the flow paths on the upper and the lower constituent plates, to the constituent plates which are in the same shape to the rotation at an angle equal to 360 deg. divided by an integer, and by unitarily laminating the same constituent plates, sliding each plate at a predetermined angle. CONSTITUTION:The numeral 1 represents a flow path, consisting of a groove in the depth of a certain percent to the thickness of a constituent plate. The numerals 2, 3 and 4 are connecting passages parts, and the numerals 3 and 4 are through-holes piercing through the plates. The numeral 2 is like the extended part of a flow path groove, but the numerals 2 and 3 are formed in the same shape. The numerals 5, 6 and 7 are constituent plates, respectively, and they are slided to the right one by one in the numerical order. A two-staged and spiral heat exchanger is built up by integrally laminating each constituent plate by sliding each plate to the angle theta. Circular constituent plates are used in this embodiment, however, in the special case as n = the infinite, and the form is such as n-sided polygon form, it is recommendable to slide the plates at the angle theta=360 deg./n, with m=1. |
