PURPOSE:To participate a station transmitting an aperiodic signal with a group at some transmission timing and to ensure a dead time slot long enough to participate by a station transmitting a periodic signal by providing a rule relating to the transmission of an aperiodic signal. CONSTITUTION:A station of a station A transmits the own burst at each frame, and stations B, C transmit the own burst at every two frames, then the station A is a periodicsignal transmission station and the stations B, C are aperiodic signal transmission stations. Further, the aperiodic signal transmission stations do not access carelessly at the dead transmission timing and a rule giving duty to transmit the own burst is provided in the transmission line used aperiodically at a prescribed utilizing rate or less which is not zero at first. The transmission data is stored once in a buffer memory 701. A transmission timing oscillator 702 extracts a transmission timing operated within a prescribed utilizing rate based on the output of a transmission timing utilizing rate detector 61 and generates the transmission timing signal. The transmission data is read out by this timing and transmitted to a modulator 700. |
