This toy essentially comprises a cuboid blank (1), which has a first recess (2) to accommodate a hand. Within the first recess are additional, smaller recesses (3) for accommodating fingers of the hand. The blank consists of a foamed, elastic and easily processable plastic. This toy permits people, especially children, to shape figures of all types with simple tools, such as scissors and knives, which shaped figures can be moved by finger movements. <IMAGE>
