PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a processor by providing such a data processing module that can permit the input of the data which arrives at the next module after the number of data stored in a cue memory reaches the estimated value. CONSTITUTION:A cue memory 26 can store eight output data. When the number of data reaches 8 within the memory 26, an input latch 21 is set in a data- through state. Thus no request signal is delivered to the memory 26 for data writing. However, it is discriminated from the result of discrimination of a discriminator 22 that the input data should be processed by the relevant arithmetic module. Therefore a 16-term sigma operator 23 supplies the 16th input data and accepts the data from the arithmetic module until the result of operation is delivered. In such a way, it is possible to supply one or 15 continuous data even after the number of data reaches 8 within the memory 26. Thus the stoppage probability is reduced for the data flow. This improves the performance of a data processor. |
