PURPOSE:To enable mass production by strengthening corrosion resistance and simplifying manufacture, by a method wherein a valve is formed by a main body of a valve body made of resin, a valve cover made of resin and a body cap made of resin to which both the main body and the valve plug cover provided with gas bleeders are welded through fusing. CONSTITUTION:One side of a seal ring 4 is mounted on a hole 1a of a main body of a valve body made of resin, a valve 3 is housed, a spindle 6 is penetrated through a hole 1b, one end of the spindle 6 is fitted in a concave part of the valve 3, the other side of the seal ring 4 is mounted, a valve cover 5 is fitted over so as to press it against the seal ring 4 and then secured to the main body 1 with a bolt 8. Then one side of a heater is abutted against a circumferential end face of a large diametral part, the other side of the heater is pressed against a circumferential end face of a large diametral part of a body cap 2 made of resin, when they are melted through heating, pressing force is released, heater is pulled out and both end faces are pressed by connecting them. Decomposition gas of resin to be generated in this instance is either enclosed in a gas bleeder part 9 between both end faces or released. |
