The camera box is intended for microfilm cameras used to process punched cards. It consists of a housing in which a magazine, exposing, developing and drying devices are arranged in series in the direction of passage. In order to be able to increase the throughput of punched cards through such a camera box, in the housing (1) containing the punched card magazine (2, 2', 2'') the developing device (4) arranged after the exposing station (3) is assigned a further developing device (5), corresponding in size and operating period, on the other side of the exposing station (3). The transport elements (9) are constructed reversibly, acting in each case in the opposite direction, in the region of the exposing station (3). <IMAGE>
