PURPOSE:To improve magnetic efficiency, by a method wherein guide shaft is provided on the top of a plunger, the guide shaft is inserted into one side stator core and a main body of the plunger is penetrated through the inside of the other side stator core. CONSTITUTION:A guide shaft 41 is provided on the top of a plunger 4, the guide shaft 41 is inserted into a guide hole 71 of a first stator core 7, a main body of the plunger 4 is inserted into a second stator core 13 and a thin film sliding materials 12, 14 which are in low friction and low wear are provided on sliding parts among the plunger 4, the guide shaft 41 and the first and second stator cores 7, 13. With this construction, as a sliding sphere of a plunger becomes short, the plunger can be finished highly accurately so that a gap between the plunger 4 and the thin film sliding material 14 which is in low friction and low wear of the second stator core 13 becomes small. Magnetic resistance, therefore, becomes small and magnetic efficiency is improved. |
