PURPOSE:To eliminate a leak of a fluid, by a method wherein a fluid chamber provided with a valve stem and a motor side are divided and motor torque is transmitted to the valve stem through magnet plates which are faced with each other by placing a partition wall between them. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor 1 is turned when an electric signal is given to the pulse motor 1 and when a magnet plate 2 fixed to a driving shaft 1a of a pulse motor is turned according to the turning of the pulse motor 1, a magnet plate 8 fixed to a driven shaft 7 being absorbed by electromagnetic force and the driven shaft 7 are turned. The driven shaft 7 is turned by support of a bearing 6 and its torque is transmitted to a valve stem 11 through gears 9, 12. The valve stem 11 is moved vertically through threaded parts 13, 14, and opening and closing of a duct is carried out by either separating a valve seat 11a from a valve seat 15 or approaching the valve seat 11a to the valve seat 15. |
