<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled device at low cost, by providing a flexible annular sealing part, which is closely contacted and engaged with the inner surface of a valve chamber, at the edge of a delivery plunger, thereby increasing the tolerance of the valve chamber, and providing a product as a die cast state. CONSTITUTION:A delivery plunger 2 is softly mounted in a valve chamber 11. The outer diameter of the plunger is made to be a size so that a gap 14 is formed between the plunger 2 and the inner wall of the valve chamber. An annular seal 21 comprising a flexible material is formed at the edge of the delivery side and energized by a spring 4 to the inlet side. The plunger 2 is moved to the delivery side by the fluid pressure of an inlet path 12. Compressing pressure is yielded in the valve chamber, and the seal 21 is compressed to the inner wall of the valve chamber. Then a check valve 5 is pushed and opened, and the liquid is delivered. When the pressure of the inlet side is reduced, the plunger 2 is returned by the spring 4 and the inside of the valve chamber becomes negative pressure. The seal 21 shrinks to the inside, and the liquid flows into the valve chamber. Therefore, the tolerance of the valve chamber can be increased, the product can be provided as a die cast state, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.</p> |
