PURPOSE:To reduce an installing space and to perform stable vibration application, by providing a unitary body of a cylinder and a vibrating table in a vibration applying machine, fixing a piston to a base, and providing a guide cylinder for supporting a weight and for keeping a horizontal attitude on the opposite side of the vibration applying machine. CONSTITUTION:The main body of a vibration applying machine comprises a cylinder 2, which is attached to a vibrating table 1 as a unitary body, a piston 3, which is slidably provided in the cylinder 2, and the like. Both ends of the piston 3 are fixed to a base 7. A guide cylinder 4, which has a sildable rod 5 in the inside, is provided at the opposite side of the vibration applying machine. When pressure oil, whose direction and flow rate are controlled, is supplied to the cylinder 2 through a servo valve 6, the cylinder 2 is moved back and forth, and the vibrating table 1 is driven and vibrated. In this constitution, the length of the axial direction can be shortened and the providing space can be made small. Since the weight is supported and the horizontal attitude is kept by the guide cylinder 4, the stable vibration application is performed. |
