PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in measured temperature to the large extent, by converting the quantity of electricity, which is the output of a photoelectric transducer into a digital quantity, comparing the result with the data, which is stored in a memory means in advance, and transducing the result into temperature. CONSTITUTION:Infrared rays, which are converged by a lens 1, are inputted into a photoelectric transducer 2 and amplified to the electric quantity having a specified magnitude by an amplifier 3. An A/D converter converts the analog electric signal from the amplifier into a digital quantity. The electric quantity is transduced into temperature by a microprocessor based on the digital value output of the A/D converter 10. The microprocessor 20 is constituted by an ROM21, an RAM22, and a CPU23. In the ROM21, a voltage temperature table, which is converted into digital values in advance, is stored. In this way, the accuracy in measured temperature can be improved to a large extent, without using a linear approximation method. |
