PURPOSE:To measure a quick stopping time highly accurately, by providing a stopping time display, which displays the time period from the time, which is set by a time setting switch that quickly stops a hydraulic press, agrees with a scale signal outputted from a sensor to the time when the press is stopped. CONSTITUTION:Counters 7 and 8 and coasting distance display 9 are connected to the output terminal of a sensor 4. The first counter 7 counts pulse signals outputted from the sensor 4. When the counted value, i.e., the position of a slide, agrees with the position of the slide, which is set by a quick stopping time point setting switch 10, this time is detected by a first comparator 11. When both positions aree, an output relay 12 is operated, and an OFF signal is outputted to a lowering valve. Then a hydraulic pressure is stopped. The output of the comparator 11 and the reset signal, which is outputted from a reset switch 13, are supplied to the second counter 8 thrugh an OR gate 14. When a quick stopping signal is outputted, the counter 8 simultaneously starts the outputting of a crystal oscillator 15. |
