PURPOSE:To prevent effectively production of dust and scattering of bulk cargos by providing a chute device on an end of a conveyer for stacking bulk cargos and a sprinkler for forming a sprinkled film surrounding the bulk cargos dropping into the chute device. CONSTITUTION:A conveyer 1 is provided on the end with an upper chute 2 surrounding the end. Also, a vertical chute 3 is suspended pivotably from the lower portion of the upper chute 2 through a pin hinge 4, and further a telescopic chute 7 is suspended from the lower portion of the vertical chute 3 by a take-up device 5 through a rope 6 to be adjusted with respect to the upper and lower positions while a skirt 8 is mounted on the lower end of said chute 7. And a sprinkling pipe 9 is disposed on the upper inner peripheral surface of the skirt 8 and additionally provided with a water supply piping 10 and a plurality of sprinkling nozzles 12 for forming a sprinkled film 11 surrounding dropping bulk cargos 16. Thus, dust produced in stacking the bulk cargos 16 is confined by said chute device and the sprinkled film 11 to achieve the desired object. |
