PURPOSE:To prevent gas leakage in a tank and to transmit rotary torque to the outside accurately, by forming an airtight chamber by a pair of sealing members in a tube body, through which a rotary shaft of a winding mechanism pierces, and filling the chamber with a high pressure inactive gas. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 8 is made to pierce through a tube body 12 and a lid 13, which are attached to a winding mechanism casing 5 of a winding type liquid level measuring apparatus. An airtight chamber 16 is formed by a pair of sealing members 15a and 15b in the tube body 12. A high pressure inactive gas is supplied and filled in the chamber through a gas inlet port 17. When the sealing member 15a becomes defective, the inactive gas may flow into the casing 5, but the leakage of the liquefied gas of LPG and the like in a tank to the outside is prevented. Meanwhile, the rotary torque of the rotary shaft 8 can be transmitted to an outside linking mechanism accurately. |
