PURPOSE:To control the ejecting amount of granular powder with higher accuracy by detecting impact force of the dropping flow of the granular powder and changing the passage area of an ejecting port while elevating a movable skirt in responce to said detected value. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 4, a movable skirt 5, and a measuring instrument 6 are arranged on the ejecting port 3 of a tank 2 for housing powder 1. The resistor 4 is umbrella-shaped, and fixed in a state where the apex part 8 thereof is directed upward via an arm 7. A fixed skirt 9 is provided in a body with the resistor on the lower part of the resistor 4, and an actuator 10 provided in the void inside said resistor, and said movable skirt 5 is made elevatable inside and outside said void. The measuring instrument 6 is constituted of an umbrella- shaped plate 12 for receiving impact force due to the dropping flow 1a of the powder 1 and a measuring instrument body 13 connected to said plate. Hereby, it is possible to highly accurately control the ejection amount of the granular powder 1 by elevating the movable skirt 5 while driving the actuator 10 based on the detected value of the measuring instrument 6. |
