PURPOSE:To stop automatically upon abnormality in a dedicated machine, by calculating flaw rate in plural newest times by means of basic pattern based on waveform of detected cutter level load on an operating path and load level through sensing means. CONSTITUTION:Pipe coupling elbows 2 are worked by a tap 3 to be driven by a motor 4 while load on each drive shaft section is detected by the power level of motor 4. At first, a microcomputer 9 will compare the working pattern of working waveform with basic pattern to decide abnormal working. Then rejected number is stored in a flaw frequency table where flaw rate against plural newest working number has been calculated for every work and upon exceeding preset maximum preset allowable flaw rate, the machine is emergency stopped. In such a manner, abnormal working is detected accurately to enable unattended machine tool. |
