<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the dissipation of heat energy in waste gas and to economize energy by performing a heat exchange between the waste gas and air for combustion in the inlet side for a conductor of an annealing furnace, sucking the waste gas on an outlet side, and recirculating the gas. CONSTITUTION:Non-corrosive combustible gas is fed through a gas supply pipe 1 to a gas burner 3 and combustion air is fed thereto through an air supply pipe 2, so that the gas is burned in a combustion chamber 4. The generated combustion gas is forcibly circulated, via a baffle plate 7, from A to B and then to C as shown by a circulation blower 6 for hot air. An enameled conductor 8 is fed through an inlet part 9 into the device, is annealed by the hot air and is delivered from an outlet part 12. The waste gas around the part 9 is conducted into a heat exchanger 13, where the waste gas is subjected to a heat exchange with fresh air drawn through an intake port 14. The gas used for heating the fresh air is released into the atmosphere. The heated fresh air is fed through the pipe 2 by a combustion air blower 17 to the burner 3.</p> |
