PURPOSE:To simply, rapidly and repeatedly measure the denaturated degree of oil by a detector wherein electrostatic capacity between a pair of detection electrodes both dipped in oil to be detected is measured and then compared with the reference value. CONSTITUTION:Signal electrodes 13 and earth electrodes 14 are alternately laminated with certain intervals, and the detection electrode is dipped in oil to measure oscillation frequency. Assuming that the oscillation frequency of normal lamp oil is M1 and the oscillation frequency of sample lamp oil to be detected is M2, the value of DELTAf=M1-M2 is calculated to determine the denaturated degree of sample oil. Thus, it becomes possible to simply, rapidly and repeatedly detect the denaturated degree of oil. |
