PURPOSE:To reduce work by manpower and to increase the efficiency and accuracy of bending work of a bar steel by performing supply of a bar steel cut to a required length, carrying in to bending units and bending and carrying out of the product automatically. CONSTITUTION:A bar steel 1 is carried from a supplying device consisting of a material shelf 2 etc. through a carrying device made up of a conveyor 5 to bending units 7, 8. The bar steel 1 is bent by the bending units 7, 8 while positioning the front end and rear end of the bar steel by a front end positioning device 12 and a rear end positioning device 13. A controlling device that actuates automatically a series of operations that carries out bar steel products 1A, 1A', 1A'' by a carrying device made up of a carrying table 11 is built in the operation board 14. Accordingly, bending work of the bar steel product 1A, a bar steel product 1A' of large circular arched shape having a reverse hook shown by the arrow H and a bar steel product 1A'' of large circular arched shape without a hook can be performed easily. |
