PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sheet whose pattern would not fade out even if it is worn, whose strength is high and which is useful as a flooring or the like, by spreading particulate resin raw materials whose colours are different on a carrier so as to form a striped pattern. CONSTITUTION:Particulate raw materials 3a, 3b, 3c of two or more types whose main constituents are thermoplastic resin particles and whose colors are different from each other are loaded in chambers 1a, 1b, 1c that are formed by partitioning a vibration box 1 for spreading, and are spread separately onto the carrier, that is, a continuous delivering belt 2 so as to form a striped pattern and to be deposited to form a single layer. After this deposited layer 3 is adjusted by an adjusting bar 5 to have a prescribed thickness, it is sintered by a heating apparatus 6 to form a plastic sheet 3', and the sheet 3' is cooled by a cooling apparatus 9, then is separated from the carrier 2, and is taken up by a take-up roll 10. |
