PURPOSE:To reduce the space occupied by a gimbal including an adhesive applying part by arranging minute ruggedness or a curve having many inflection points to outer ridge of the gimbal. CONSTITUTION:Ruggedness is given to the outer ridge of the gimbal 1. The ruggedness or many curves are in various forms such as a rectangular, part of circle, sinusoidal wave or the like. In order to improve the bonding strength, it is necessary to satisfy the two kinds of items that the length of line of the outer ridge where an adhesives 3 is applied is prolonged, and the area of the adhesives adhered to the base material is increased. In the bonding system using a gimbal having ruggedness at the outer ridge offered by this invention, the ruggedness satisfies simultaneously both above items, and the bonding strength is improved. Further, the width of application of the adhesives is reduced, the permissible range of the adhesives applying position and the applied width or the like in the bonding process is increased, and the work is attained easily. |
