PURPOSE:To record information in a long period with good efficiency by dividing an information signal long in changing period in response to a video signal into partial information signals, and recording a selecting signal and an identification signal together with the video signal at each one field. CONSTITUTION:A time code generating circuit 6 generates a time code signal where the information is changed at each one field period. The signal is a signal representing field number, second, minute and hour. The circuit 6 generates a data pulse signal at each day and the signal is given to a circuit 7, from which a date code signal is outputted at each input. In a selecting circuit 8, the partial information of the date code signal is selected sequentially at each field period and the information is formed to be data information at plural field periods and recorded. Since the data information is recorded with time division in this way, the identification signal to identify the relation between the field period and the partial information is recorded. Then, a control signal is given to a recording system circuit 5 as the identification signal. Thus, the time code signal and the selecting signal are inputted and recorded on the circuit 5. |
