发明名称 INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA EMISSION SPECTROCHEMICAL ANALYZING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve precision and accuracy of the titled apparatus by providing a driving body by which a gap size of an exit slit of a spectroscope is varied continuously and repeatedly and a signal processing part inputting a detecting signal of light outputted from the slit. CONSTITUTION:An exit slit plate 11 is oscillated by a driving part 7 at an exit slit part 4, and the exit slit width is varied. The variation width is about 5- 50mum and the frequency is about 100-10kHz. The quantity of light is varied continuously in accordance with the frequency by the oscillation of the exit slit at a detecting part 6, and is converted into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified by an amplifier 8 to the electrical signal necessary for the signal processing part 9. In the apparatus of this invention, since the background is eliminated practically, the precision and accuracy of the measuring analysis can be improved.
