PURPOSE:To carry out a new die from a storehouse and to return a used die to the storehouse and to improve the efficiency of changing dies by providing loading and unloading stations between a main line in which dies are carried in and out to and from the storehouse by a truck and a subline in which two dies are loaded on the truck and move in front of a forming machine. CONSTITUTION:When forming by a die A is completed in a forming machine 11, the die A is carried out to the right of a B truck 16. Then, the B truck 16 is moved to the right by one die, and a preheated die B is carried in the forming machine 11. At the same time, the used die A is carried out to an unloading station 32. After moving the B truck 16 to the left by one die, a die C on a loading station 31 is carried to the left of the B truck provided with a preheating device. During forming by the die B, a new die D is carried from the storehouse by the truck and carried to the loading station 31. At the same time, the used die A on the unloading station 32 is returned to the storehouse by the truck. |
