PURPOSE:To straighten bending without lowering the strength of the fillet part by rotatably supporting both ends of a crankshaft, measuring the amount of bending of the crank journal, and rolling the crank pin by fillet rollers to generate reverse bending. CONSTITUTION:Bending can be straightened without lowering the strength of fillet parts 2, 2 of a crankshaft 1 using fillet rollers 3 that harden the surface of fillet parts 2, 2 of crank pin parts P1, P2. The work is much easier than the case in which a press device is used. In executing this work, straightening of bend of the crankshaft 1 can be made automatically by providing fillet rollers 3 in crank pin parts P1, P2 respectively and electrically connecting thereto with a device that detects direction and amount of bending. |
