PURPOSE:To obtain a winding-up device that can move plural winding drums independently against associated devices by attaching plural supporting arms independently to a shaft that becomes the center of revolution and attaching winding drums at the tip of the arms to allow independent rotation. CONSTITUTION:When rotation of an electric motor for revolution is transmitted to a supporting arm 2 or a supporting arm 4, the arm rotates around a driving shaft 6 and a winding drum 1 or 3 attached to the tip of the arm 2 or 4 revolves independently. The winding drum 1 or 3 is rotated by an electric motor for rotation respectively. A frame 7 is reciprocated in horizontal direction by a power cylinder 28 and the winding drum 1 or 3 is brought near to or off from a rotating drum 29. The winding drum 1 is rotated on its own axis synchronizing with peripheral speed of the rotating drum 29, and a thin plate 31 is attracted by a magnet etc. and winding-up is started. |
