PURPOSE:To prevent foam from entering into an adhered surface and to eliminate thickness unevenness by inserting a dust removing member between an applicator roll and a doctor roll intermittently and removing dust. CONSTITUTION:The doctor roll 3, applicator roll 4, and a backup roll 5 rotate as shown by arrows, and an Si, acrylic, or epoxy adhesive from a sheeting plate 20 is sandwiched between the rolls 3 and 4. The dust removing member 7 is inserted between the rolls 3 and 4 intermittently. The adhesive 3 on the roll 4 is applied to a web 6. If dust in the air mixes with the adhesive 2, or if dust in the adhesive is sandwiched between the rolls 3 and 4, the dust removing member 7 moves between the rolls 3 and 4 to remove the dust. |
