摘要 PURPOSE:To raise the bonding strength of an internal conductive film to the outer surrounding vessel of a cathode ray tube as well as prevent dug solution from scattering and depositing on a neck part through a gap between a neck plug and the outer surrounding vessel by heating the outer surrounding vessel at a specific temperature after drying the internal conductive film formed through deposition from near the top of a neck part to one part of a funnel part. CONSTITUTION:After forming the first internal conductive film 16 by brushing dug solution from near the top of the neck part 14 to one part 15 of a funnel part 12, the bonding strength of the internal conductive film 16 is raised while heating said film at 150-400 deg.C. Then, a neck plug 17 is provided in the position of the internal conductive film 16, and a portion from the open end part 131 of the neck part 13 to the internal conductive film 16 is dipped in a vessel 22 in which aqueous silicone solution 21 is contained. The second internal conductive film 19 is, in such a situation, formed while applying the dug solution using a spring nozzle 18 from a large diameter opening part 11 such that one part of the dug solution overlaps the internal conductive film 16 to form conductive connection between the opening end part and said conductive film, and the vessel 22 is pulled out from the aqueous silicone solution 21.
