PURPOSE:To enable to correct the influence of an inertial moment of a machine system without regulation by eliminating a pulse generator which has slow up/ down functions. CONSTITUTION:A command pulse number N0 is set in counters 22, 24 in case of N0<N when comparing the N0 is compared with the pulse numbers N of the counters 22, 24, N is set in the counters 22, 24 and n(N0-N) is set in a counter 2 in case of N0>N. When the start instructing pulse is applied to a terminal 16, the output pulses of the counters 22, 24 are converted by a D/A converter 30 into an analog signal, which is then outputted. The numbers of the pulses from the counters 2,22, 24 are reduced by the pulses from a pulse generator 8. Since pulses are supplemented from the counter 2 to the counter 22 until the number (n) of the pulses of the counter 2 becomes 0 at this time, the initial set value is maintained. The number of the pulses of the counter 22 is reduced from the time point of n=0. |
