<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of an element as well as to contrive improvement in reliability of the titled image-pickup element by a method wherein a water-soluble protein, having the specific value of total content of an alkaline metal ion, is used as the base material of colored resin film for the filter of a solid-state image-pickup element. CONSTITUTION:Gelatin having an alkaline metal ion in dried form of 10ppm, below 5ppm if possible, in total content is used as the water-soluble protein, a photo-curing substance is added, and the above is applied on the light-receiving surface of the solid-state image-pickup element. A mosaic or stripe-formed hardened part is formed by performing an exposure through the pattern for exposure. The above is washed by a solvent and a hardened resin layer is obtained. Then, said hardened resin layer is dyed using a dyestuff of red, green, blue and so on, and a colored resin film is formed. Besides, another colored resin film with a mosaic or stripe-formed hardened part is superposed on the above film through the intermediary of a colored contamination preventing film by performing the same process as above. After the necessary number of processes have been repeatedly performed, a surface protection film is covered, and a colored film is completed. As a dyestuff, the usage of the prescribed dyestuff substantially containing no alkaline metal is desirable. According to this constitution, a highly reliable color image-pickup element which can be protected from harmful alkaline metal can be obtained.</p> |
